Classification Pay Scale
In compliance with SB 1162, Western University of Health Sciences is providing a pay scale for this position. The pay scale reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. Within this range, the individual pay is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and work location. Please note that the compensation details listed reflects the base salary only.
Expected Pay Scale
Minimum: $80,000.00
Maximum $125,000.00
Job Summary
The Interim Senior Human Resources Recruiter innovates, delivers, and collaborates on hiring top talent for our hard-to-hire and leadership role. This role will be working with leaders and hiring managers to attract, engage and hire candidates that maximize people proposition for business outcomes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- High degree of business insight; results-oriented with an ability to work independently
- Strategies identifying and building cross-functional partnerships to understand challenges.
- Strong talent acquisition skills and experience managing cross-functional relationships and priorities
- Curiosity to gather business acumen and culture, learns rapidly and eagerly and seeks to understand patterns and connections through strong partnerships with key stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and multi task. Exhibit strong time management skills, and deliver results with tight deadlines.
- Commonly used HR Talent Acquisition systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to adjust style for various audiences to articulate complex issues clearly and succinctly.
- Data analytics skills
- Prove ability to think and move quickly, manage multiple priorities, especially in fast-paced ambiguous environments.
- Strong business acumen
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of related work experience in talent acquisition and human resources experience
OR
Masters Degree/Juris Doctorate/Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) year of related work experience
OR
Equivalent combination of training and experience.
OR
Masters Degree/Juris Doctorate/Doctorate degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) year of related work experience
OR
Equivalent combination of training and experience.
